Zusammenfassung

Oracle Health Consulting is seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to design and deliver engaging training programs for federal clients, supporting adoption of our health IT solutions. You will facilitate instructor-led and digital sessions, tailor content to diverse audiences, and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to improve training impact.

Up to 100% travel and willingness to work irregular hours as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Business, Management, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 6+ years in training or learning development.
• Experience developing training programs, needs analysis, and performance assessment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites up to 100%.
• U.S. citizen able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate training sessions for clients, delivering product knowledge and best practices tailored to their environment.
• Design and deliver training programs, including train-the-trainer sessions.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training across various skill levels for deployment, go-live, or multiple business lines.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to gather feedback and improve effectiveness.
• Assess learners’ needs and adapt instructional methodologies to different styles and levels.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the learning process.
• Analyze performance data and feedback to assess training effectiveness.
