Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Oracle HCM Technical Lead to strengthen our HR technology landscape. This role is a hands‑on technical expert for Oracle HCM, configuring modules, writing SQL, and building the reports and dashboards that power decision‑making across the People team.

You’ll partner with module leads, our managed services team, and stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and IT to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS/People Systems experience with Oracle HCM configuration.
• Strong SQL skills for reporting, auditing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience building reports/dashboards in OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Collaborative team player with effective cross‑functional communication.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead and functional expert for Oracle HCM across multiple modules.
• Lead design and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations: mapping, testing, deployment.
• Build, maintain and troubleshoot HCM extracts, HDL/HSDL loads, and Fast Formulas.
• Write advanced SQL queries and build reports with OTBI/BI Publisher for audits and validation.
• Troubleshoot complex system/data/integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Lead Oracle HCM projects, managing requirements, testing, dependencies, and deployment.
• Leverage AI tools to improve People Systems work and evaluate Oracle AI capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and oversee MSPs.
• Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases and support testing and deployment to minimize disruption.
