Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Oracle HCM Technical Lead to strengthen our HR technology landscape. You will be a hands-on technical expert configuring Oracle HCM modules, writing SQL, and building reports/dashboards to empower the People team.

You will collaborate with module leads, managed services, HR, Payroll, and IT to translate business needs into scalable system solutions and drive Oracle HCM projects from design through deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS or People Systems experience, including hands-on Oracle HCM configuration.
• Strong SQL skills for reporting, auditing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience building reports/dashboards in OTBI and BI Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead and functional expert for Oracle HCM across Core HR, Recruiting, Absence/Time, Performance, Learn and Compensation.
• Lead the design and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations, including data mapping, testing, deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Build and troubleshoot HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL data loads, and Fast Formulas to support complex requirements.
• Write advanced SQL queries and develop reporting solutions to support validation, audits, and reconciliations.
• Provide technical oversight to managed services partners and internal stakeholders across HR, Payroll and IT.
