Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Human Capital lead for Oracle HCM to drive strategy, optimization, and delivery of global HC technology that supports the full employee lifecycle from hire through retire. This role partners closely with HC leaders, Global Process Owners, and Digital teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions and enhanced associate experience.

You will own the Oracle HCM roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and manage quarterly releases while aligning with HC operating model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent related work experience.
• Minimum Experience 6-10 Years in Human Capital / Oracle HCM environments.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities, integrations, and release management.
• Knowledge of platform roadmap planning, backlog management, and product governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of managed services operating models and vendor governance.
• Knowledge of Digital product delivery methodologies and emerging technologies including AI and analytics.
• Professional certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud, Agile, Product Management, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Oracle HCM roadmap and enhancement backlog aligned with HC priorities.
• Partner with Oracle Digital product teams to define requirements, priorities, and roadmap execution.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of Oracle quarterly releases and assess business readiness.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement across the employee lifecycle.
• Prioritize enhancements based on business value, user experience, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure alignment between Oracle capabilities and future-state HC processes.
• Represent HC in governance, planning forums, and strategic investments.
• Collaborate with Digital, AI, Analytics, and other teams to support an integrated HC tech ecosystem.
• Define success measures for Oracle investments and monitor adoption and outcomes.
• Provide oversight of HC operations, support models, and vendor-managed services.
