Job summary

Huron, a global consultancy, seeks a Manager to lead Oracle HCM Cloud payroll implementations and oversee end‑to‑end client engagements in the United States. You will mentor junior staff, manage multiple projects, and help shape technology solutions that align with client goals and strategic visions.

The role requires 5–7 years in cloud implementations, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Flexible U.S. locations are supported as part of the engagement model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module implementation experience; Payroll Lead responsibilities across end‑to‑end cycles.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to train and mentor junior and offshore resources supporting payroll implementations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Flexible living locations in the U.S.
