Huron is a global consultancy partnering with clients to drive strategic growth, ignite innovation and navigate change. This Senior Manager role blends project and engagement management, team leadership and high-impact client interaction across tactical and strategic levels.

You will lead end-to-end delivery for Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions, oversee design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support, and mentor others while supporting practice development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 6–10+ years of cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• 5–7+ years as a functional lead or technical specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Deep expertise in non-U.S. and Canadian tax regulations and employment laws.
• Experience coaching and leading others.
• Ability to provide industry insights and identify value opportunities for clients.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Engage in client-facing engagements across project phases from pursuit to delivery.
• Mentor and coach Coachees and contribute to practice development.
• Perform project management and data analysis to implement recommendations.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

6-10+ years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role

5-7+ years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll

Deep expertise in non-U.S. and Canadian tax regulations and employment laws

Experience with and ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadership

Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client challenges

Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.

While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks.

Serve as the architect lead for the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• 6-10+ years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
• 5-7+ years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Deep expertise in non-U.S. and Canadian tax regulations and employment laws is critical to properly configure country-specific rules, ensure statutory compliance and mitigate risk during design, build and deployment of Oracle Cloud Payroll
• Experience with and ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadership
• Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client (internal or external) challenges
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams

The estimated base salary for this job is $165,000.00 - $190,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $189,750 - $237,350. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
