Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions, guide client engagements, and mentor project teams.

You will gather requirements, design configurations, oversee testing and deployment, and support post-go-live operations while driving practice development and coaching. Travel up to 50% is expected to work with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-10+ years of cloud implementations in consulting.
• 5-7+ years as a functional lead or technical specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Deep knowledge of non-U.S. and Canadian tax regulations and employment laws.
• Experience coaching and leading others.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Lead the outward-facing, multi-faceted role across engagements from pursuit to delivery.
• Manage projects, mentor teams and interact with clients at tactical and strategic levels.
• Serve as architect lead for end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll delivery: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Develop practice capabilities and coach Coachees as needed.
