Job summary

OBAN Corporation seeks an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead to serve as the primary technical authority for data strategy, migration, and integrations across the full payroll lifecycle. You will own end-to-end design, mapping legacy data to Oracle Cloud targets, and supervise a technical team through migration and validation cycles.

The role requires deep HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, and OIC expertise, with federal security awareness and experience in large-scale payroll projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud technical experience across data migration and integration.
• Federal or large-scale public-sector payroll experience preferred.
• Hands-on HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, and Oracle Integration Cloud expertise.
• Experience with Fast Formulas and REST/SOAP web services.
• Understanding of federal security requirements, FedRAMP/NIST controls, and MFA integration.
• Proven track record delivering payroll conversions with audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct the data conversion methodology and integration build across high-risk payroll domains.
• Ensure solution aligns with security posture; coordinate with security and infra teams.
• Act as client-facing technical point of contact and report migration status and risks.
• Lead a technical team through cutover, hypercare, and payroll validation testing.
