This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity in Pheonix, AZ with a global financial services organization supporting enterprise HR technology initiatives that impact employees across multiple regions and business groups. The role focuses on Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning modules, while working within a modern enterprise environment that emphasizes security, scalability, integrations, and continuous platform improvement.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance critical employee experience platforms, configure and optimize Oracle Cloud solutions, and support global HR operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Oracle HCM experience, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and wants exposure to enterprise-grade systems, security practices, and ongoing cloud transformation initiatives. • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
