Job summary

Penske is seeking an HRIS Analyst – Core HR to support the stability and continuous improvement of the Oracle HCM platform. You will gather requirements, configure Core HR, and develop test scripts while auditing data integrity and supporting HR stakeholders.

The role requires onsite presence four days a week at the Reading, PA headquarters, with collaboration across HR, IT, and other teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; if no degree, equivalent work experience accepted.
• 2+ years in a role supporting business systems, including customer support, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems preferred.
• Understanding of business systems of record and data structures.
• Intermediate Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with technical issue resolution and system configuration.
• Strong verbal and written communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements and user stories.
• Perform setup and configuration of Core HR modules in Oracle HCM with emphasis on data integrity and customer support.
• Create, review, and execute test scripts after upgrades or patches; analyze outcomes.
• Create audits and reports.
• Provide second-level customer support including troubleshooting and end-user training.
• Manage service requests and system incidents.
• Identify and correct errors promptly and escalate as needed.
• Provide HR project support.
• Document current state and identify improvement areas.
• Contribute to other projects as assigned by the Manager.
