Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking an HRIS Analyst Core HR to support the Oracle HCM platform at our Reading, PA campus.

The role emphasizes data integrity, system configuration, and collaborative requirements gathering with HR and IT stakeholders. You will develop and execute test scripts, audit HR data, and provide second-level end-user support while advancing Oracle HCM capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; if no degree, equivalent work experience accepted.
• 2+ years in a role supporting business systems, including customer support, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems preferred.
• Solid understanding of business systems of record and their data structures.
• Intermediate level experience editing report queries and SaaS configurations.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with technical issue resolution processes.
• Experience with System Configuration.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel, pass background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements and user stories.
• Perform setup and configuration of Core HR modules in Oracle HCM with emphasis on data integrity and customer support.
• Create, review, and execute test scripts to verify system behavior after upgrades; analyze outcomes.
• Create audits and reports.
• Provide second-level customer support and end-user training.
• Manage service request cases and system incidents.
• Identify errors and escalate when needed.
• Provide HR project support.
• Document current state and identify improvements.
• Assist with other projects as assigned by the Manager.
