Job summary

You will gather requirements, author functional and technical documentation, and coordinate across HR, IT, vendors, and consultants. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, systems, or software engineering required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with HR and IT stakeholders and vendors.
• Define data flows and integration touchpoints across HR systems.
• Lead cutover planning with developers and HRIT.
• Maintain RAID log and provide status summaries to project leads.
• Ensure data quality and governance across HRIS and integrations.
