Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Systems or a related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred in CS/IT/HR Development or related.
• Equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience in technology deployments (HR Systems preferred) and integration/project management consulting.
• 3+ years of proven Technical Project Management experience involving integration and app development.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with HR functional owners, IT, and vendor representatives.
• Develop and maintain high-quality functional and technical documentation including FDDs and BRDs.
• Define data flows, interface specifications, and integration touchpoints.
• Lead scoping and cutover planning with internal/external developers and HRIT.
• Maintain RAID log and provide high-level summaries to Project Leads.
