CSI Companies seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll Business Systems Analyst to optimize HR and payroll systems in the United States. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions for improved efficiency, compliance, and user experience.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll experience, deep knowledge of U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling eight years.
• 5+ years of business systems analysis experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Fusion implementation and support.
• Extensive experience supporting U.S. payroll legislation and complex payroll configurations.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, taxation, deductions, earnings, retro pay, and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze objectives, processes, and requirements to identify system improvements.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specs.
• Lead requirements sessions and design discussions with stakeholders.
• Configure, support, and optimize Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll and related modules.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and leaders to implement enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll regulations and policies.
• Develop payroll configurations, validations, calculations, and reporting.
• Create functional docs, process flows, specs, and user guides.
• Perform testing, defect analysis, and QA activities.
• Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and best practices.
