Osi Digital Inc in Irvine, CA is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Architect to fix payroll issues and bridge business requirements with technical execution for accurate wage calculations and tax compliance.

You will lead end-to-end US/Global payroll designs, configure elements and formulas, ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws, and manage integrations with ADP and GL systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Oracle HCM implementations, 7+ years in Oracle Cloud Payroll across full lifecycles.
• Deep proficiency in Payroll Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher and OIC.
• Strong mastery of US/Global payroll laws, wage attachments, FLSA and GL reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion US/Global Payroll solution designs and operating models.
• Configure payroll elements, balances, costing, calculation rules, and complex Payroll Fast Formulas.
• Manage Federal, State, Local taxation, W-2/year-end processing, CBAs for union/non-union workforces.
• Oversee Core HR, PSUs, and TRUs setup; ensure payroll integration with GL and third-party systems.
• Direct payroll-to-Finance/GL integrations, UAT, CRP, and go-live stabilization.
