Cedent in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Administrator / Functional Analyst to administer and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and related HCM modules. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliant configurations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementation and support, with hands-on skills in HDL, HSDL, OTBI, and OIC integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field such as HR, IS, business, accounting.
• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementation and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and HCM processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod).
• Configure and support Payroll, Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, and more.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, HDL/HSDL loads, BI reports.
• Support payroll processing, year-end (W-2), and payroll reconciliation.
• Implement and support integrations using OIC, REST APIs, HDL, and extracts.
• Manage security roles, SSO, data provisioning, and user access.
• Perform quarterly cloud update testing and production support.
• Provide end-user training and functional guidance.
