Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking an HRIS Administrator to support Workforce platforms, manage data, and audit system integrity. The role emphasizes end-user support, testing, and collaboration with BI teams to improve HR processes.

The ideal candidate has experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or similar HR systems, and will work onsite four days a week at our Reading, PA headquarters. A strong background in data integrity and reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience required in IT/HR/Business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting business systems, including customer support, reporting and issue resolution.
• Intermediate understanding of systems of record and data structures to interpret transactional history (HR systems preferred).
• Experience editing report queries and relational databases like Qlik/Access is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Configure and update setup tables to maintain core HR system configurations.
• Handle HR Help Desk requests and interpret transactional data to fulfill requests.
• Perform audits to ensure data integrity and address system performance issues.
• Provide end-user training and general system usage guidance.
• Execute test scripts after uploads, enhancements or upgrades to verify functionality.
• Document and reproduce issues, escalating to the WFS Supervisor when needed.
• Collaborate with BI team to develop audits using multiple data sources.
• Maintain security guidelines for reporting on sensitive data.
• Explain current system functionality, document SOPs, and suggest improvements.
• Participate in other projects as assigned by the Manager.
