Job summary

Better Business Bureau in the United States seeks an experienced Oracle HRIS Specialist to support and optimize our Oracle HCM Cloud environment. You will own configuration, maintenance, and automation across Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, and related modules.

You will lead upgrades, develop advanced OTBI and BI Publisher reports for HR analytics, manage HDL/HSDL data loads, ensure security and compliance, and partner with HR, IT, vendors, and leadership to drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, HR, business administration or related field (master’s preferred).
• 5+ years hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience across modules (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, etc.).
• Proven track record leading system implementations, enhancements, or upgrades in Oracle HCM.
• Deep experience with HDL, OTBI, and BI Publisher for complex reporting and data operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Oracle HCM Cloud with end-to-end ownership of configuration and support.
• Lead system enhancement projects from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable HCM configurations.
