Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Technology professional to act as a strategic partner for Oracle HCM Cloud. You will optimize HR systems, drive automation, support integrations, and advance the HR technology roadmap across the employee lifecycle.

The role requires strong functional knowledge, technical aptitude, and business acumen to deliver scalable solutions. You will collaborate with People Operations and ensure data integrity, security, and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience.
• Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud and complex business processes.
• Strong project, program, and process management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work.
• Partner with People Operations to implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain the HR technology roadmap.
• Lead release management for Oracle quarterly updates.
