Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) across Learning, Performance, or Talent modules.
• Experience configuring CSOD learning objects, training curricula, ILT and OLT modules, and portal settings.
• Experience administering CSOD user permissions, security roles, and organizational structure mappings.
• Experience supporting end-users and stakeholders, troubleshooting LMS issues, and documenting resolutions in a ticketing environment.
• Knowledge of LMS data structures, including transcripts, user records, training assignments, approvals, and rosters.
• Ability to generate and maintain LMS reports, dashboards, and data extracts using CSOD reporting tools.
• Secret clearance
