Booz Allen Hamilton in Arlington, VA seeks an experienced MBSE Engineer to modernize Navy personnel systems. You will translate customer needs into MBSE models, design and develop systems, and evolve them with advanced technology solutions to support readiness.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with systems engineering lifecycle processes.
Experience developing or interpreting core SysML diagrams, including Req, UC, ACT, SEQ, BDD, or IBD, to support internal team reviews.
Knowledge of SysML fundamentals, including requirements, behavior, structure, and parameters.
Knowledge of MBSE within the digital engineering ecosystem, including relationships between SE models, software development, PLM, ontology, and digital thread concepts.
Ability to support conceptualization, development, testing, and deployment of engineered systems.
Ability to open, navigate, and review SysML system models such as MagicDraw or Cameo, including navigating model hierarchies and diagram interconnections.
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science
