Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management/Information Systems or equivalent
• 7–10 years of experience in Benefits and payroll domain
• Advanced skill with case management and ticketing systems such as Service Now and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team, mentoring others
• Strong interpersonal skills across all management levels

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex technical projects and initiatives with significant risk and business impact for Benefits and Payroll
• Perform Oracle HCM configurations to align with organizational needs
• Act as the primary technical resource for Benefits and Payroll
• Promote cloud methodologies and market trends
• Review project deliverables to assess cloud capabilities and solutions
• Align product roadmaps with Oracle release cycles
• Manage the SDLC from requirement intake to deployment
• Consult and support internal customers as a trusted advisor
• Design and document technical solutions for functional system requirements
• Develop and improve practices and procedures
• Build strong relationships with team members and leaders; work with senior management
• Lead medium to large projects and mentor junior staff
