Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions.
• 4+ years leading full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work and clients.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements and design workshops for Oracle HR solutions and manage risks.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementations of Oracle Time and Labor & Absence solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across HR, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Drive disciplined delivery, documentation, and traceability.
• Guide change management, training, and transition to steady‑state support.
