Job summary

Consolidated Edison Company of New York is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead to drive end-to-end configuration changes and implementation efforts. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional designs and ensure smooth delivery.

Responsibilities include leading testing, data loads with HDL, patching cycles, and delivering effective end-user guidance. Strong communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years relevant work experience.
• Associate's degree with 5+ years relevant work experience.
• High School diploma/GED with 6+ years relevant work experience.
• Preferred: CS/IS degree with Oracle HCM Cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead for Oracle HCM Cloud, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align system capabilities with organizational objectives.
• Identify, triage, track, resolve, and validate production issues with on/offshore teams, ensuring timely remediation.
• Manage monthly and quarterly patching, maintenance, and release readiness activities, including impact assessment and testing coordination.
• Partner with business owners to define requirements, develop functional design documentation, translate needs into solutions, test, and support implementation.
• Create and maintain system documentation, functional specifications, operating procedures, and end-user training materials.
• Perform workforce and worker data loads and conversions using HDL.
• Comply with Data and Cyber Security policies and PII/PHI requirements.
