Job summary

Infosys Oracle unit seeks a Package Project Lead 2 to drive ERP projects across multiple client environments. You will lead scope definition, budget management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions including Core HR, Security, and Talent Management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure quality deliverables, and help shape project methodologies while managing risks and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects as Functional Consultant and Project Lead.
• Experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud – Global Human Resources Cloud (Core HR), Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management.
• Experience in working Core HR, Recruitment, Workforce Compensation Cloud and Talent Management.
• Experience Working knowledge on Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader and OTBI.
• Expertise in solution design, POC and troubleshooting issues.
• Experience on Oracle HCM Cloud and consulting with clients on budgeting and planning best practices.
• Experience in production support – App upgrades, incidents and service requests resolution along with problem solving and support to the integrations will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives.
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables.
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities.
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
