Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP projects with scope definition, resource allocation and progress tracking.
• Ability to lead onsite/offshore functional teams and manage incidents, changes, releases and SLAs.
• Experience in client-facing consulting, executive presentations and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals and ensure delivery with stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and client representatives.
• Evaluate deliverables and drive adoption of improved methodologies and tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks while embedding quality planning in workflows.
• Develop and monitor project estimates, budget performance, and optimize resources.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
