Job summary

Suffolk is seeking an HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud, partnering with People & Culture, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to support HR processes and employee experience. You will contribute to implementation and ongoing administration, data integrity, and reporting while driving automation and efficiency across modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, IS, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HRIS or HR technology experience.
• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud modules, Security, OTBI, and FDI.
• Experience supporting HRIS implementations or major system changes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data quality skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into tech solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Recruiting, etc.).
• Partner with P&C, Payroll, IT to translate needs into solutions.
• Contribute to implementation activities: requirements, configuration, testing, deployment.
• Resolve Tier 1-2 system issues; escalate complex matters.
• Support quarterly Oracle releases and new functionality.
• Maintain security, data quality, integrations, and documentation.
• Support open enrollment, performance, compensation, recruiting, and learning processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and automate tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners on progress and risks.
• Support HCM reporting needs with Reporting & Analytics resources.
