Job summary

Suffolk is seeking an HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud across Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, and more. You will partner with People & Culture, Payroll, and IT to translate business needs into practical technology solutions, drive implementation activities, and support ongoing platform optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HRIS/HR tech experience, specializing in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Experience supporting an HRIS implementation or major system change.
• Knowledge of HRIS configuration, data validation, and security.
• Experience with system testing, UAT, regression, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Security).
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Payroll, IT and stakeholders to define tech solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, configuration, data validation, testing, deployment, and go‑live readiness.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on system issues and handle Tier 1/2 requests.
• Support quarterly releases, regression testing, and adoption of new functionality; ensure data quality and security.
