Job summary

Suffolk is seeking an HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud, partnering with People & Culture, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders. You will contribute to requirements gathering, configuration, data validation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure robust HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years HRIS/HR technology experience including Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Experience supporting an HRIS implementation or major system change.
• Knowledge of HRIS configuration, testing, data validation, security, and integrations.
• Experience with system testing, UAT, regression, and defect management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data quality focus.
• Ability to translate business needs into tech solutions and work cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Security).
• Partner with People & Culture, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, configuration, data validation, testing, deployment, and readiness.
• Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, resolve Tier 1–2 requests.
• Support Oracle quarterly releases, impact assessments, and regression testing.
• Maintain security, data quality, integrations, documentation, and training materials.
• Support open enrollment, performance, compensation, recruiting, and learning processes.
• Identify process improvements to simplify workflows and automate where possible.
• Coordinate with vendors/partners, providing updates on progress, risks, decisions, next steps.
• Support HR analytics reporting needs with appropriate stakeholders.
