Job summary

Digital Realty seeks an Oracle HCM Cloud expert to configure, support, and optimize HR systems enabling seamless business operations. You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure performance, integrations, and continuous improvement across enterprise applications and data environments.

The role requires hands-on configuration across functional and technical components, data migration strategies, and strong communication skills to translate complex concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS, or PeopleSoft and middleware tools is required.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a technical foundation.
• Experience with integrations and data migration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure system performance.
• Coordinate integrations between HCM/ERP cloud and downstream systems.
• Develop data migration strategies and ensure data privacy/compliance.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support deployments.
