Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking an experienced HR Technology professional to partner on Oracle HCM Cloud, optimize HR systems, and drive automation and AI-enabled innovations across the employee lifecycle.

You will collaborate with the People Operations team to implement solutions, manage the HR technology roadmap, ensure data integrity and compliance, and lead release activities for Oracle updates. This is a strategic, cross-functional role at a growing real estate company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HRIS, HR Technology, or Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Proficiency with Oracle HCM Cloud and HR technology applications; strong project, program, process management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual processes.
• Partner with People Operations to implement solutions and manage the HR tech roadmap.
• Lead release management, testing, and deployment for Oracle quarterly releases.
• Develop and deliver training on HR systems policies and procedures.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with audit controls.
