Job summary

You will guide testing, rollout planning, incident analysis, and collaboration with offshore teams, delivering high-quality software and aligned technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud modules (GL, AR, AP).
• 2+ full lifecycle ERP implementations; AMS model for large programs.
• Strong leadership in ERP programs and offshore delivery management.
• Knowledge of end-to-end Oracle Finance cloud processes.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement docs from client workshops.
• Craft high- and low-level software designs; validate with prototypes.
• Develop critical software applications and set coding standards.
• Create and execute comprehensive testing strategies.
• Guide technical implementation of system infrastructure and new apps.
• Ensure smooth system rollouts and minimize disruption.
• Analyze incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrences.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects.
