Role Overview: The Director, Oracle HCM is responsible for leading Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) projects, including strategy, implementation support, and SaaS optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Fusion applications. They support business development activities such as proposal development and client pursuit efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams across service lines. The role involves managing day-to-day project activities, including process design, package implementation, and project reviews, while supervising staff performance and ensuring engagement profitability.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least eight years of Oracle HCM ERP experience with leading implementations and upgrades.
• Minimum one year of experience managing Oracle HCM projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead large projects and teams, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong client service orientation and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
