Job summary

Deloitte’s GPS practice seeks a Senior Manager to own end-to-end ERP/IT project delivery, focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations for government clients. You will supervise cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure successful deployments while maintaining compliance and client relationships.

The role requires 7+ years in IT/ERP PM, 3+ Oracle HCM Cloud lifecycles, and up to 50% travel. Walmart authorization to work in the US is required.

Qualifications

7+ years of IT/ERP project management experience.
3+ full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud (or comparable) implementations.
1+ years of budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractor management.
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor's degree required.
Travel up to 50% on average.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project delivery with integrated project plan and schedule across technical and functional workstreams.
Lead full implementation lifecycle activities: planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment readiness.
Ensure requirements traceability and design decisions are documented and aligned.
Direct PMO operations, governance forums, status reporting, risk/issue management, quality control for Deloitte-owned deliverables.
Coordinate prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams to promote integrated delivery.
Oversee organizational change management and training activities for user adoption and deployment readiness.
Manage project financials, contracts, and staffing, including budget tracking, invoicing, and resource forecasting; serve as primary client-facing contact.
