Job summary

We’re Deloitte GPS in the United States seeking a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end IT/ERP projects from Hartford, CT. You will own project plans, budgets, scope, and client-facing delivery, guiding teams through design, configuration, data migration, and deployment readiness.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in IT/ERP PM, strong communication, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. Travel up to 50% and a Bachelor's degree are required; PMP certification and Oracle HCM Cloud experience

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT/ERP project management experience with 3+ full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud or similar.
• 1+ years managing budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractors in multi-vendor setups.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's degree required; willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery with integrated plans across teams.
• Lead full implementation lifecycle: planning, design, config, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment readiness.
• Ensure traceability and align design decisions across groups.
• Direct PMO operations: governance, status, risks, quality control for Deloitte deliverables.
• Coordinate prime, sub contractor, and multi-vendor teams; resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Oversee organizational change management and user adoption activities.
• Manage project financials, contracts, staffing; serve as primary client-facing contact.
