Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an experienced HCM Technical Lead to deliver scalable Oracle HCM solutions for People & Culture. You will lead internal and external teams, design end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

The role requires 12+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud expertise, strong leadership, and collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Data Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced or Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience delivering enterprise HCM solutions with deep hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud expertise.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations, including design, build, test, and deployment.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge across multiple Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of Oracle HCM solutions supporting People & Culture; manage end-to-end design and execution.
• Direct configuration, development, integrations, reporting within Oracle HCM ecosystem.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC standards, testing strategy, release planning, and governance.
• Lead technical delivery teams across geographies; coordinate with external vendors and SI partners.
• Support go-live readiness, cutover, and post-go-live hyper care.
