Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Oracle Sr. Solution Architect to deliver advisory and implementation services across client organizations for the Oracle Practice. You will work with the Transformation team to help clients achieve their vision and business goals.

The role includes leading full life cycle implementations, documenting requirements, configuring applications, and creating user training materials. Travel up to 40% may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, MIS or related field required (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a national cross-industry consulting practice.
• Minimum of 4 full lifecycle implementations of Infor.
• Industry-recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
