Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Delivery Consultant for their GPS practice to design, build, and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and data migrations for government clients. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across HR, security, reporting, and integrations, with a focus on data quality and scalable solutions.

The candidate should have 2+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud projects, be able to travel up to 50%, and be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• 2+ years of experience with supporting or leading integrations for a full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Travel up to 50% on average depending on work and clients.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, build, and delivery of technical integrations, data conversions, and/or reporting for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Assist with identifying cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations and raise risks as needed.
• Support integration design and execution across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems, including interfaces and data mapping.
• Assist with data conversion activities: extraction, cleansing, transformation, load prep, reconciliation, cutover support.
• Support reporting by gathering requirements, developing operatinal and compliance reports, and validating data quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues across integrations, conversions, and reporting, while supporting testing, go-live, and production stabilization.
