Job summary

Hiresquad is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation or Talent Management Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations for global clients. You will work on Hire-to-Retire processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across the employee lifecycle.

This role offers a remote/hybrid arrangement with opportunities to travel internationally. You will mentor junior consultants, drive design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with Hire-to-Retire lifecycle knowledge.
• At least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations completed.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Compensation or Talent Management and Core HR.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Compensation or Talent Management implementations with Core HR integration.
• Conduct workshops, drive design, configuration, testing, UAT and go-live activities.
• Provide functional expertise, troubleshoot complex issues, and advise stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure project delivery and business outcomes.
• Mentor junior consultants, allocate work, and provide project status updates.
• Drive process improvements and delivery excellence, with international travel as needed.
• Travel domestically and internationally based on project requirements.
