Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze Oracle HCM Cloud business requirements across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence modules.
• Assist in mapping HR processes, identifying gaps, and recommending process optimization using Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, solution architects, and technical teams to configure and implement user-focused HCM solutions.
• Support the creation of reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, and data extracts to drive HR decision-making.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate system functionality, and document test results.
• Provide training, guidance, and daily support to end users for successful HCM Cloud adoption.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for business processes, configurations, integrations, and change requests.
• Stay updated with Oracle quarterly updates (HCM Release Notes) and recommend new features to improve HR operations.
