Job summary

EY seeks an Oracle HCM specialist to lead Fusion HCM and Benefits configurations, guiding requirements, design, and deployment for large-scale initiatives. You will drive projects across HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders while ensuring data integrity and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions and Fusion Benefits configuration.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits modules.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and future‑state roadmap initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams and coordinate activities across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and external vendors.
