Job summary

United Future is seeking an Oracle Enterprise Program Manager to lead transformation initiatives across technology and business tools as the company scales through M&A.

In this high-visibility role, you will partner with C-level executives and business leaders to define needs, shape scope, manage a multi-year roadmap, and drive complex ERP migrations from Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud, with focus on adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise program management, PMO transformation, or large program conversion experience.
• Meaningful Oracle ERP experience, including Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Experience leading a disciplined stage-gate process for prioritizing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define business needs, challenges, and priorities with senior executives.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value, urgency, alignment, risk, and cost.
• Develop business cases and resource plans for investments.
• Lead cross-functional transformation and enterprise technology programs.
• Bridge business stakeholders, IT, executives, and partners.
• Oversee Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud conversion and user adoption.
