Job summary

Ashton North LLC seeks an Oracle Enterprise Program Manager to lead major technology and business tool transformations during rapid growth. You will partner with C-level and BU leaders to define needs, scope, and deliverables, guiding Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud migration and BI/AI initiatives.

You will drive governance, prioritize initiatives, and manage multi-functional teams across Operations, Finance, Sales, HR, and Supply Chain with a hybrid Atlanta HQ schedule and 10–15% travel.

Qualifications

• Oracle ERP experience including EBS or Fusion Cloud.
• 10+ years in enterprise program management or large transformation programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional business transformations with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define business needs with executives and leaders.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value, urgency, risk, and resources.
• Develop business cases and resource plans for investments.
• Lead cross-functional enterprise technology initiatives and governance.
• Bridge business stakeholders, IT resources, executives, and partners.
• Oversee migration from Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud and user adoption.
• Establish milestones, budgets, risks, and communication plans.
• Identify roadblocks and recommend solutions.
