Job summary

Jade Global is seeking an Oracle Fusion SCM Lead to architect and govern end-to-end supply chain transformations using Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. You will bridge business strategy with Oracle cloud capabilities, guiding executive stakeholders and defining scalable SaaS/PaaS architectures and integration frameworks.

The role covers leading cross-pillar alignment, data strategy, and extensibility with OIC, FBDI/HDL, and VBCS, plus governance, release management, and enterprise analytics using OTBI

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in ERP and supply chain management systems.
• 4+ full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations as Lead Architect or Principal Functional Lead.
• Experience configuring business processes using Functional Setup Manager (FSM).
• Proven track record in multi-country, global rollout template strategy.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-country Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions across procurement, order management, planning, inventory, logistics and manufacturing.
• Lead governance through SARB and review design documents to ensure configuration standards.
• Define data migration, integration, and extensibility strategies using OIC, HDL, FBDI, and API-driven approaches.
• Engage with CXO stakeholders, lead pre-sales efforts, and articulate ROI and roadmaps.
