Acosta Group is seeking a senior IT Strategy and Integrations leader to own the Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap, aligning HR and enterprise objectives across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, and Benefits. You will serve as the expert for Fusion HCM, guiding architecture and integration plans while reducing reliance on external consultants.

The role calls for 5+ years in enterprise IT strategy with HCM focus, and 3+ years in a senior leadership capacity without people management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise IT strategy, integration, or transformation with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• 3+ years in a manager or senior‑lead role without formal people management.
• Strong experience leading strategic planning and execution for OCTO‑style initiatives in HCM/workforce systems.
• Proven involvement in M&A technology support, including due diligence and integration.
• Demonstrated ability to translate HR needs into scalable technology strategies and integration plans.
• Strong capability in building trusted partnerships with HR leaders, Technology teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting) aligning with HR and enterprise objectives.
• Serve as the primary in‑house expert for Oracle Fusion HCM, reducing external dependency and ensuring long‑term platform stewardship.
• Translate HR and workforce needs into clear, scalable technology strategies and integration plans.
• Develop and implement OCTO‑aligned technology strategies and roadmaps, including lifecycle planning and integration patterns.
• Lead HCM integration planning and execution to enable smooth workforce transitions and rapid business integration.
• Monitor and report on the performance and outcomes of OCTO‑led initiatives.
