Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Manager, IT Strategy and Integrations (Oracle Fusion HCM) to shape the enterprise strategy for HCM technology and drive a multi-year Fusion transformation from strategy to execution.

In this role you will own the Fusion HCM roadmap, act as the in-house expert, and collaborate across HR, Technology, and Transformation to deliver scalable, compliant, and integrated solutions aligned with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise IT strategy, integration, or transformation with focus on Oracle Fusion HCM.
• 3+ years at manager/senior-lead level, with leadership without formal people management.
• Experience leading OCTO-style initiatives in HCM/workforce systems or people technology.
• Involvement in M&A technology support, including due diligence, integration planning and execution.
• Ability to create, refine, and execute integration playbooks, roadmaps, and scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Own the Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting).
• Serve as the in-house expert for Oracle Fusion HCM to reduce external dependency.
• Translate HR and workforce needs into scalable technology strategies and integration plans.
• Develop OCTO-aligned technology strategies and roadmaps for application lifecycle planning and modernization.
• Act as a strategic liaison between HR, Strategy, Technology, and Transformation teams.
