Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Human Resources Computer Systems Analyst to support HR systems, including Oracle Fusion HCM, with a deep focus on Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Benefits and Workforce Compensation. This multifaceted role balances technical HRIS expertise with HR process knowledge to maintain data integrity and system effectiveness.

Our HRIT team follows a 9x80 schedule in Idaho Falls, with every other Friday off.

Qualifications

Degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant HRIS experience or 2+ years with a Master’s degree.
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management and Benefits.
Experience supporting both Cloud and On-Premises customers and implementing AI capabilities in HR systems.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Cloud HCM Applications.
Help maintain Redwood UI functionality across HCM modules and document configurations.
Assist in implementing AI capabilities within HR systems.
Run eligibility batch processes and manage related schedules.
Diagnose/resolve complex HRIS issues and enhance HCM processes.
Perform testing/validation of HCM processes in test environments.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to advance HCM functionality across modules.
Offer customer service support for Oracle products and related systems.
Utilize SQL and OTBI/BIP/FRS reporting, FBDI/ADFDI, BPM workflows, and Fast Formulas.
