Qualifications

• Degree(s) in a related field with required experience in HR systems.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Benefits, and Workforce Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Cloud HCM Applications.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and workflows.
• Assist in implementing AI capabilities within HR systems.
• Execute eligibility batch processes per schedule.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in HRIS and enhance HCM processes.
