Job summary

HTC Global Services, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to plan, oversee, and drive complex Oracle Fusion programs and global rollouts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, executives and key stakeholders to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

This hybrid role requires coordinating with finance, HR, legal, and sales to support program execution and governance, with focus on risk mitigation and measurable outcomes across multiple orgs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with a professional degree (B.Tech / MBA).
• Experience managing complex global programs specifically Oracle Implementations / Global Rollouts.
• Strong project management expertise.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, functional leaders, and finance to support program execution.
• Establish and monitor processes between internal teams and external vendors.
• Communicate project status and performance metrics to stakeholders.
