Job summary
Mosaic Life Care seeks an ERP Applications Analyst II to act as a junior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP modules, focusing on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications. The role supports configuration, testing, and implementation and partners with finance and IT to improve ERP outcomes.
The position includes mentoring junior staff, guiding partners across the organization, and delivering reliable, scalable ERP solutions while maintaining high system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent background and experience.
- 3+ years experience in ERP systems with increasing responsibility.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support.
- Oracle Applications Certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion ERP planning, design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
- Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
- Lead collaboration with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
- Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance improvements.
